Craig obtained an LLB Honours degree at Leicester and moved to Chester Law School to complete his solicitors final examination. He joined Jobling & Knape in September 1987 as a then Articled Clerk and qualified as a solicitor two years later in 1989.
Craig was made a Partner in 1994, became Managing Partner of Jobling & Knape in 2007 and is now Managing Director of JWK Legal Group Limited.
Craig is primarily involved in Dispute Resolution cases. He also has specialist experience in Intellectual Property and employment matters.
Craig has been involved in a number of interesting cases, including litigation in the music industry with a case involving Lisa Stansfield and has been involved on behalf of the producers of publications following a libel action brought by George Best. Craig has also been involved in high profile cases involving freezing injunctions and restrictive covenants.
Craig has recently been involved in a very interesting case between Twentieth Century Fox v Harris.
Two of Craig's most memorable cases have had legal points that have run to the Court of Appeal and more recently he has been involved in a dispute involving the broadcast of a programme by the BBC.
Time permitting, Craig attends Lancaster & Morecambe Athletics Club and enjoys cycling on and off road, as well as wind-surfing, skiing and mountaineering.
