SHARE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS
What information is included in a Share Purchase Agreement?
The Share Purchase Agreement will usually be a lengthy and very detailed document which will fully detail the sale and purchase of the company and will normally be put together by the purchaser's solicitor.
The Agreement will include details such as pension arrangements, warranties and completion accounts. There will also be a full business history that details finances, tax, any liabilities and other information that you should be aware of before purchasing shares in a business.
